FAQ
How Much Does It Cost?
Prices for window cleaning are based on the type of windows, the amount of windows, the condition of the windows and sometimes the accessibility of the windows.
Smaller to medium size crank-outs and plate glass windows start at $6.00 to $8.00 per window total for inside and outside. Standard double hung windows start at $12 per window total for inside and outside.
Sectioned windows and windows with storms will cost more than simple plate glass or double hung windows.
Gutter prices are based on the total length of gutters, accessibility, and the amount of debris inside them.
Pressure washing, similarly, is based on the size of the property and amount of mold, algae, etc. that has accumulated on the premises.
Minimums for Window or Gutter cleaning start at $150, though this is waived if you are requesting multiple services at the same time, for example window and gutter cleaning, or pressure washing and gutter cleaning.

How Often Should I Clean My Windows?
Homeowners and residential customers are usually best served by window cleaning either once or twice a year depending on location, pollen, foot traffic in the home, etc.
Businesses that experience heavy foot traffic from customers should likely be on a weekly or bi-weekly schedule, especially restaurants and stores that rely on window shoppers. Car dealerships, grocery stores, and big box stores benefit best from a monthly or quarterly schedule depending on their location and customer volume. Private businesses are generally best served by window cleaning once or twice a year.

Oxidation, Hard Water Stains, and Screen Rot: What can be done?
Windows can often be stained by hard water and calcium build up, and by oxidation caused by aluminum screens. The first line of defense is having your windows washed regularly to avoid such issue in the first place. If there are hard water stains they can sometime be removed as long as they haven't been left to sit for too long. Oxidation can almost always be removed, but the longer it sits the harder it gets. Removal of hard water and oxidation does come with an additional cost compared to a standard window cleaning as it involves expensive chemicals and is a time consuming process.
What Is Post-Construction Cleaning and why does it cost more?
Construction clean-up applies to any window or glass cleaning that involves recent construction or window installation. Along with the regular dirt and dust, post construction clean up also involves removing paint/overspray, silicone, cement, etc., from the window. This can be time consuming and difficult. Thus, the cost of construction clean up can be up to three times the cost of a normal window cleaning. However, it's still far cheaper than having to replace windows that were never cleaned properly due to construction debris and chemicals from power washing becoming baked on by the sun and heat over time.
Keep in mind, this usually only applies to new or recent construction, or newly installed windows. We provide free, detailed price quotes for all post-construction clean up jobs.
